Waffle cones
Makes 7-8 cones
Ingredients
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup whole milk
1/2 cup honey
4 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
What to do:
1.) Combine wet ingredients-eggs, vanilla, milk, honey, and butter.
2.) Combine dry ingredients-flour, salt, cinnamon, add to wet.
3.) Pour 3 tablespoons into a waffle cone maker until gets to a mid golden color.
I turn the waffle maker close to high temp, and it usually takes about 3 minutes. You don’t want the dough to be too light to get the crunch of a waffle cone.
4.) Remove waffle with spatula to a paper towel, and wrap the waffle around the cone as tightly as you can. Place seam side down to harden.
