Cottage cheese Wraps!
Okay, these will become your new obsession! I made these cottage cheese wraps when I made fish tacos for a flourless, summer lighter version of a tortilla. It was amazing! Dare I say, better than a tortilla. I even convinced my non egg eating 8 year old to try a bite and he loved it. My 4 year old had one with a little maple syrup thinking it was a pancake too! So many ways to have these!
